Meat lasagnas (with beef and pork) are a classic of Italian oven-baked cuisine, prepared with layers of pasta, Bolognese meat sauce and creamy béchamel sauce, gratinated with cheese until golden brown on top, ideal as a main course for a family meal or a hearty dinner.
Ingredients: Mixed ground beef and pork, crushed tomato and tomato sauce, onion, garlic, carrot and celery (for the sauce base), lasagna pasta, bechamel sauce (wheat, butter and milk), mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper and dried herbs such as oregano.
Homemade beef and pork lasagnas keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, well covered and already baked; they can also be frozen in portions for up to 2–3 months, maintaining a juicy texture when reheated in the oven or pan over low heat.

At La Despensería we have some long-life products in stock, but our fresh recipes are prepared to order.
For these fresh products, we ask that you place your order at least 36–48 hours in advance , or even earlier if you want everything ready for the following weekend. This allows us to cook to order, guaranteeing freshness and ensuring you enjoy it in the best possible condition.
After your purchase, we will confirm all the delivery or pick-up details with you via WhatsApp, always looking for the most convenient and flexible option for you .
In some cases we can coordinate a delivery or collection point at an agreed location and time.

We offer free shipping in nearby areas (approx. within 10 km) on orders over $300 MXN; if your purchase is less than that amount, the shipping cost is $50 MXN.
For addresses further away but still within Guadalajara, shipping costs $150 MXN on orders over $300 MXN.
Delivery times are coordinated taking into account the preparation time for each product and the delivery area. After you place your order, we will confirm the approximate delivery date and time with you via WhatsApp to best accommodate your schedule.

Once opened, jars of sauces can be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within the next 3–4 days.
Antipasti in oil , well covered and refrigerated, can be kept in good condition for several weeks.
Fresh dishes are best enjoyed if consumed within 3–4 days by keeping them in the fridge, although you can also freeze them for another time.
